"With The Lights Out" adalah album Rareties Box Set yang berisi 3 CD dan 1 DVD. Album ini dirilis pada November 2004 dan diterbitkan kembali pada Maret 2009. With The Lights Out diambil dari lirik salah satu single hit Nirvana yang berjudul "Smells Like Teen Spirit".

Album ini diawali pada #19 di Billboard 200 dan mencatatkan rekor baru dengan menjual 105.760 kopidalam seminggu. Menurut Nielson Soundscan, pada tahun 2007 album ini telah terjual lebih dari 925.000 kopi di Amerika saja. Dan mendapatkan penghargaan platinum dari Asosiasi Industri Rekaman Amerika.
